EA has revealed that 7.4 million copies of FIFA 13 were sold in the four weeks following its launch. According to EA, the figure excludes mobile downloads and gives FIFA 13 the “biggest sports launch of all-time.” EA reports that, along with Madden, FIFA "debuted as one of the two top-selling titles in September in the Western World."

The news comes via EA’s earnings results for the second quarter of its 2013 fiscal year, in which the company also revealed that digital revenue for the FIFA franchise exceeded $115 million in the first half of the fiscal year, including sales of FIFA Online 2 and FIFA World Class Soccer.

FIFA 13 launched in the United States on September 25th, followed by an international launch on October 29th. Previously, EA revealed that 4.5 million copies of FIFA 13 were sold during its first five days on sale.
