NBA Game Time Now on Xbox Live

The NBA Game Time app is now available on Xbox Live. As posted by Xbox Live’s Major Nelson, the app is accessible to players who have an NBA.com League Pass Broadband subscription and offers live games, highlights and replays in HD.

“You’ll have access to every live regular season game, available in HD. All the games are available in replay, so you can watch on your schedule. And, if you’re short on time altogether, watch the condensed game recap in less than 10 minutes, or just take in the quick highlights,” Major Nelson explains.

NBA fans will also have access to the following features:

  • My Teams: Up-to-the-minute stats on your favorite team and players
  • Stats & Standings: Find out which team is leading a conference or which players top the leaderboards in PPG, RPG, and more
  • Scores & Schedules: Access to game scores and schedules, with the option to turn off scores “so you can catch up on your game a little late, without the spoilers”
  • Mini Guide: A quick preview of all games at the bottom of your screen with easy swapping between games
  • Split Screen: Watch two games at once, or watch a live game on one screen and highlights/replays on the other
  • Voice and Gesture Control for Kinect: Navigate through games, skip to the next quarter, or play/pause/rewind

NBA Game Time was announced for Xbox 360 at E3 and joins prior sports apps including MLB.tv, ESPN and more. For now, NBA Game Time is only available in the U.S. but Major Nelson notes that availability in all Xbox Live countries will follow shortly.
