CBS is switching up its full season orders for new shows Elementary and Vegas. In a slight reworking of their scheduling, Elementary has been given two additional episodes for a 24-episode season while Vegas has been reduced by one bringing it down to 21 episodes, Deadline reports.

Elementary, the Sherlock Holmes riff starring Lucy Liu and Jonny Lee Miller is off to a strong start whereas Vegas, the Dennis Quaid/ Michael Chiklis’ drama, doesn’t seem to have found its audience and has continued to falter since it got a full season order.

Meanwhile, Deadline also reports that NBC has given the family comedy Guys with Kids from executive producer Jimmy Fallon a back order for four additional episodes taking the season total to 17.

The network has given the new fall comedies Go On and The New Normal full season pick-ups and ordered nine additional episodes for the dramas Revolution and Chicago Fire.
